First and foremost, honesty is our highest priority. We strive to provide excellent customer service, top quality products and affordable pricing strategies. We work hard to accurately represent and fully describe each product and service we offer. If any difficulties arise, we promise to do our very best to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all involved parties.
Ordering Policies
Retail items may be ordered online using our secure shopping cart. We do not have a minimum order amount so you may order as little, or as much, as you wish. We accept PayPal, checks and money orders as payment.
Funds from PayPal orders will be transferring from your account immediately; however, regular order processing times still apply. PayPal orders will need to be shipped to a confirmed address. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address with PayPal, please visit the PayPal website for instructions.
Personal check orders will be shipped after a 10 day holding period in order for the check to sufficiently clear the bank. This time period begins from our physical receipt of your check. There is a $25 charge for returned/NSF checks and checks will not be accepted for future orders. Money orders are very secure for all parties involved. When you have completed the ordering process, please print the invoice and send a copy along with your check or money order to:

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement by contacting us, preferably by telephone or email. Should you need to cancel your order after 24 hours have passed, a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price will apply, as we will have already begun processing and packing your order.
When you place an order with Heavenly Hills Fabrics and Crafts, you will receive an automated reply by email letting you know that your order has been received. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped. Barring any unforeseen obstacles or circumstances, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Should we be away from the business for any reason, you will be notified by email and an estimated ship date will be provided.
Although we always strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, there may be times when you need the products rushed to you. In this case, we may contact you to make special arrangements, but you need to understand that we are still human and it may still a day or two for your order to reach you.
Should an item in your order be unexpectedly unavailable and on back order, we will contact you by email to see if you wish to delete the item from your order or wait for a new shipment. If an item in your order is discontinued, we will email you at once to make arrangements. If it is possible, we may be able to special order the item just for you or direct you to another supplier. In the same regard, if you are looking for a specific item and do not see it here, please contact us and we will do our very best to locate and secure the item for you, if at all possible.
If you have created an account with Heavenly Hills Fabrics and Crafts, you may log in at any time to check the status of your order and review past transactions. Otherwise, you may contact us with any questions regarding your order.
Please be sure to double-check your address before placing an order. If a package is returned for an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
In returning products, if your return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover all return shipping charges. All defective merchandise will be promptly replaced, but we must be notified within 10 business days from delivery. Defective merchandise must be received by us within 15 business days. If you return an item for exchange or personal dislike, you must pay the return shipping charges and no shipping fees are returned. All return requests must be submitted within 10 business days from delivery – all returns after 10 days will be reviewed individually and may or may not be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Store credit may be issued in lieu of a monetary refund.
Any item returned with undue or additional damage, and/or smoke or water damage will not be refunded.
Shipping and Handling Policies
At this time, we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping in order to maintain as close to exact shipping charges as possible. Your charges will be calculated by the USPS at the time of order placement using your zip code. If you wish to use another form of shipment, please include this information with your order and we will try to accommodate you.
Oversize or fragile items may be subject to additional charges and these items will have special notes in their product descriptions.
Additionally, due to USPS regulations, we will ship based upon weight and size. Insurance can be purchased if requested. Please include this request with your order and we will adjust your order total if necessary. We will insure your package and email you the new total with your order shipment confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are not insured.
Privacy Policy
The security of your personal information is very important to us. Any data collected through our ordering process such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, is safely stored in private files on our secure web server and our internal systems. We guarantee that we will never divulge your information to anyone unless required by law.
For a variety of reasons, we have chosen to accept credit card and instant transfer transactions only through PayPal. In doing so, your private financial information is never revealed to us and is therefore not at risk when ordering from Heavenly Hills Fabrics and Crafts.
Valley Views Newsletter Email Policy
For those who chose to subscribe to our newsletter, “Valley Views,” we offer advanced notice of sales and special offers, the addition of new and exciting products and coupons for future orders. Your email address will never be sold, published or disclosed to any other party or company. Should you wish to be removed from our email list, please follow the instructions at the end of the newsletter or contact us. We will remove your name as soon as possible, but be advised you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.
